Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy with incredibly comfortable beds, a lovely powerful shower, and high standards of cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was awesome, right in the center of the city with easy access to many main attractions. The dining experience was fantastic with a great variety of choices setting me up for the day. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but overlooked a very quiet courtyard, considering the price. I wish there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The service was friendly and nice, although sometimes overwhelmed with check-ins and check-outs. The location was great with plenty of things to do nearby, and I appreciated being able to leave luggage in a locked room. The dining experience was fabulous with a lovely touch on my birthday. The facilities were well-run.
I stayed at this hotel for a short visit and found it to be basic and clean, meeting our needs. The location was fantastic, close to all key attractions, but the dining options were limited. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen, just a short walk from Tivoli and surrounded by cafes and shops. The street noise can be a significant issue, especially during the weekends, but it's beyond the hotel's control.
The hotel offers clean and good rooms, but they are slightly cramped with narrow single beds. The service was helpful and pleasant, with assistance for boarding pass printing and wake-up calls. The location is central and convenient for exploring the city but could be better maintained for cleanliness. The dining experience was decent, with a nice variety of choices but may get crowded during peak hours.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all attractions and charming bars and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, though having a single bed and just one pillow was a bit unusual. The service was top-notch, especially when they adjusted our room to accommodate our booking mistake from twin to double bed. The dining experience, although a bit pricier compared to other options in the area, was decent for a quick meal. Overall, a very central location for exploring Copenhagen, making it a great base for my adventures.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and Tivoli. The rooms were decent but lacked certain amenities. The service was friendly and helpful, but the hotel fell short of a 4-star experience in some aspects.
The hotel offers a convenient and clean stay ideal for short or longer visits. The rooms are adequate with all necessary amenities, although on the small side for the price paid. The service was friendly and helpful, with a few minor room layout and cleanliness issues. Its excellent location near the city center and main railway station is a big plus, making exploring Copenhagen easy.
Upon check-in, the hotel surprised me with its friendly staff and great location, although the room was smaller than expected and not as represented in the booking. It provided a quiet stay despite a few drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely cleaned and maintained daily, but the noise from the club/bar and street made it hard to rest. The service staff had moments of attentiveness but also seemed overwhelmed at times. The location was central and convenient, yet the constant chimes from the nearby church were a drawback. The dining provided a good range of options but could have been more varied.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was very central, making it easy to explore all of Copenhagen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the dining experience was a bit chaotic at times. The service provided by the staff, especially Daniel & Seline, was exceptional.
The hotel offered a superb location near key attractions, but the rooms were quite small despite being clean and modern. The service was pleasant and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Dining options were satisfactory, and the central position of the hotel made exploring the city convenient.
The hotel offers a convenient location just outside Tivoli Gardens, within walking distance to many sites. The rooms are poorly isolated, allowing noise from the street, church bells, and neighbors to disturb the stay, especially in the Junior Suite, which lacks air ventilation and is as small as a 'Walk-In Closet'. The service is a mix of helpfulness in storing luggage and printing boarding passes but marred by rude behavior in the restaurant and long queues for basic amenities like coffee and tea. The location is excellent for exploring the city, close to key attractions and transportation hubs, although some aspects may detract from the overall experience. The dining experience lacks variety but offers essential breakfast staples in a small, adequate setting.
Although the rooms were a bit small and noisy, the hotel's service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location is very central, perfect for exploring the city, and the dining experience, while good, could get crowded at times.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The small double room I stayed in suffered from street noise until early morning on weekends, but being facing the garden was a nice touch. The service was a bit of a letdown due to not respecting our booking preferences initially, but they were helpful when needed. The location was excellent for exploring Copenhagen, with only minor inconveniences like some street noise. The dining experience was very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a quaint hotel with some drawbacks but worth the price.
